I used to be a great speller, but as I age I seem to be losing my touch. I blame automatic word correcting on MS Word and the like.
But the hardest word I can never recall how to spell is definetly....definitly...well you get the idea. Without spell checking programs, I would definitely never spell this word correctly. Which is rather ironic, as Tom Allen pointed out, because this word is an assertion, but I cannot properly assert my idea without spelling it correctly.

that's one of my tough ones too, but my trick is to remember that the word "finite" is in the middle. (as is 'we are finite beings, but God is infinite'). Hope that helps!
