Re-purposed

Crystal found some used bricks for free on UsedRegina.com, so we scooted on over and picked a few up. Now we have a firepit in our backyard. It was kinda satisfying the knock the mortar off of the bricks to give them a new life, and as I was doing so I couldn't help but think "just a few thousand more and I could build a pizza oven by our deck. The lowest course of brick I turned on their sides so that the holes provided natural air flow, and they also allow the heat to escape more readily which helps for keeping your toes warm.
