Thoughts on turning 31...
*I felt like I was finally an adult when I turned 30, and kept saying so to remind myself. Now that I am past that milestone, and I am just an adult, I don't get to talk about it anymore. I like being in my 30's.
*My body isn't as youthful as it was only a few years ago. People always say that happens, but I never really experienced it for myself. One diving catch for a line-drive at slo-pitch game makes me sore for days, and trying to run feels like trying to push a wheel-barrow with a wobbly wheel.
*I have lost my urge to speed when I drive. I don't get these people who feel the need to do 80 in town and 140 on the highway. Don't they realize what excess speed does to their fuel economy!?
*While I feel like an adult know, I also still feel like I a 25 year old. I don't feel old, I just feel like an adult.
*I can't decide whether to pursue being an architect or a contractor when I graduate from school.
*I have wonderful, attentive friends.
*I have a wonderful, attentive family.
