I've made focaccia bread on several occaisons before, but this is my first attempt at real bread (well, my second, as my first attempt last might didn't turn out so well). This one turned out much better, though I should have baked it a few minutes longer. And it's a little too molasses-y for my liking, but other than that it's o.k. (I think I'll make a good wife someday).

Welcome, Wade, to life as a man-wife! I think "they" have a better term for it though, let's see what I can find on the interweb… I've got it! We will call ourselves "Renaissance Men."
Also, congrats on moving out to your own blog space, I think I might try that out again soon.
Hey Jer,
"Renaissance Men" is perfect! Crystal always calls me that, though I am not entirely sure of it's history or implications. I guess I'll have to look it up.
And congrats on being the very first to comment on my new blog. I am honoured.
technically jer, he didn't move to his own...i believe he was made to get his own heehee. It just means twice the blog fun. :) Guess i'll finally have to update my blog and include u so i remember to read up on your life once in awhile.
and Yay for making bread! i'm in the middle of Christmas baking. :)
I was just thinking I needed to update my link to crys' site to include you. Good thing I didn't do that I guess. Instead I'll just add you.
Congrats on the bread (I sure am saying 'congrats' a lot these days, but it's a nice thing to be saying!) Where does a person find one of these "renaissance men" cuz I sure could use one!!
I guess I was wrong, Jer. You weren't the first person to comment of my new blog. I went back and saw that Helen had commented on my first post.
I'll buy each of you a congratulatory cola when we are in Stoon for the holidays.
i'll be waiting wade :)
