A couple of buildings in Beijing, built for the upcoming Olympics.
This one is the National Aquatics Centre, also known as the "Water Cube." Although these are only concept images (because the thing is still under construction), it does in fact exist. more about it here
This one is the National Stadium, also known as the "Bird's Nest." I can't even imagine how to go about designing and building it. Details here.
And this "building" is the new Apple Store in NY, for all you Mac adorers out there. Of note, is that this is just the entrance to the iMac store which is underground, and it is built almost entirely out of glass, including the spiral staircase. story here

i love the organic quality of the buildings in Beijing. and an apple store underground? are they building the entrance entirely out of glass to make up for the store being so dark? ;)
